Easy One-Pan Crispy Chicken and Rice

Fried aromatic curry rice with crispy chicken pieces, egg, fresh vegetables, coriander, green onions and a light touch of serrano ham.

This dish gives you another easy chef movement that you can try at home: fry. We are putting a local twist on this dish with the Minnesota Nice Spice St. Croix curry to add a layer of fusion-inspired flavor. Along with the juicy chicken, fresh farm vegetables and a quick scrambled egg, you have all the elements of a hearty and satisfying meal.

Cooking Terms
